I had to take off a star because honestly the assembly for this is obnoxiously time-consuming. I don't know why on Earth I expected to come put together but I certainly did not expected to come in a million pieces and I am just glad that I took the time to deal with that before actually giving it as a gift because I'm not sure a kid would be able to be very patient in that situation and wait for a grown up to slowly put together every single part of it.
Besides the assembly part, this has been fantastic and already is a huge hit in our house. The kids absolutely love it and they range from ages 2 to 7. Really have no complaints at all but just make sure that you put it together before you give it!
This Joylike wooden doll house is gorgeous! It’s a good quality wooden toy and the box is rather heavy. There are lots of accessories for limitless imaginative play. I am very torn on who should get this piece. I initially wanted it for my house for my nieces and new granddaughter for when they all come over. My granddaughter hasn’t been born yet though, so I will be extra prepared for when she’s old enough for this. I then considered donating it to a toy drive or Angel tree. Some little child would be so happy to receive this. But based on other reviews , there could be an issue with assembly and I’m not sure how convenient this will be as a gift. I do have a bit of time and because this house is timeless, it will not look dated by the time I need to decide. This is a beautiful piece and I can picture it as so much fun for any child.

I really love this dollhouse! The colors are nice and the details are great. It comes with a lot of accessories, and my husband had no trouble putting it together. I highly recommend it!
Adorable, large, roomy house with huge amount of furniture. My grandchildren had fun with the many accessories while I contemplated the assembly. Said contemplation led to my decision to pass it on to my husband who loves putting things together. He did it quickly and easily and justified his power screwdriver. The house is a win for us all.
